Description
For our client in the Czech Republic, who is planning a payroll project, we are looking for an IT workstream expert
Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for the IT workstream planning, stakeholder coordination & delivery. This includes;
- IT infrastructure & connectivity
- IT application installs, access & readiness
- User account set-up (prep, cutover, finalisation)
- Application access readiness
- Data management readiness (secure storage, access & data transportation)
- Interface readiness
- Data readiness enablement
- IT security & controllership
- User access control (including down-stream 3 rd parties)
- Incident & change management
- Service continuity - For IT enablement deliverables;
- drive execution of IT enablement task plans
- coordinate multiple IT groups across the environment (infrastructure leads for network, SSO, HelpDesk, server management. GE biz IT/functional )
- establish IT workstream' project controls
- provide workstream updates aligned with project rhythm
- ensure IT issues/risks are managed via project control logs
- ensure that all IT readiness deliverables status is communicated to project manager/PMO - Partner with project manager, project workstream leads & other IT stakeholders to drive necessary rigor across project deliverables
- Collaborate with program manager/PMO and workstream leads to create a comprehensive baseline IT-readiness workstream plan
- Partner with PMO to coordinate between all workstreams to drive creation of detailed workstream deliverable plans
- Coordinate between HR operations, payroll operations, finance operations, data-readiness & process change management workstreams to ensure that IT deliverables are aligned
- Partner with project manager/PMO to continually align IT deliverables to overall project schedule
- Languages -English (written/spoken fluency) & Czech (understand, speak, read)
The project starts ASAP and has an initial duration of 6 months with option for extension.
