Management Reporting Manager
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a head of Management reporting to work within a large insurance company on the south coast.
We are looking for a high commercial individual with excellent business knowledge who will possess excellent interpersonal and resolution skills with enhanced communication skills. We also need someone who will be extremely proactive and able to plan and organise resource appropriately to deliver results.
Main Duties:
- Fully develop the Business Partnership model to build a management reporting team that is fully Embedded within the business
- Business partners will perform full income analysis with variance explanation by product
- Manage the team to support business units in production of their cost centre Budgets
- Coordination with Commercial Managers to assess and challenge project business cases and ensure the output are fully Embedded within the Budget/Forecast process
- Perform impact analysis for income initiatives to assess the broader Group impact for broking and underwriting businesses
Skills/qualifications/Experienece:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified.
- Previous business partnership experience
- Insurance accountant experience would be a benefit
- Extensive experience reporting at a senior level with a track record of delivering results under pressure.
- Previous experience of managing and leading teams.
