Senior Portfolio Assurance Manager (Insurance)
A Leading Insurance organisation are recruitng for a Senior Portfolio Assurance Manager to join a experienced Change Delivery Team to conduct Project and Programme Assurance activities in line with their Porttfolio Assurance Framework. You will have extensive experience in managing project delivery, End 2 End Delivery, Assurance and Programme Recovery Plans and strong coaching and mentoring.
Essential Skills and Experience:
*An expert on portfolio programme/project management with a track record of delivering multi million pound programmes.
*Excellent influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with senior executives and stakeholders.
*Strong Programme and Assurance Management skills combined with detailed understanding of required methodologies.
*Experience of managing assurance teams and executing assurance reviews.
*Ability to conduct assurance reviews in a collaborative style, providing coaching, help and support to project managers.
*Ability to work with others to construct recovery plans' for failing programmes.
*Gravitas to command respect and give advice and guidance to experienced project managers who are running multi million pound projects.
