Our company is currently looking for Instructional Designer to work for our partner who is one of the largest IT Company in the region on a huge healthcare programme in Doha, Qatar.
This particular role is of a Services Instructional Designer which will include the design and development of interactive instructional eLearning training and support material. For this champion position we require this sublime resource to have working knowledge and skills in the following areas:
Web Authoring and Web Development
Knowledge of SCORM
Understanding of development standards and confidentiality legislation
Project Management skills
Technical writing
Course development and evaluation skills
Key responsibilities would include
Liaise between Vendor, SME's and C.A. in determining needs of the course and appropriate method of delivery
Design and develop eLearning contract with the assistance and direction from the Content Authors
Design and develop Training support materials as designed by the Content Authors
Deliver the Training to the Client trainers.
Update training materials after the delivery and review processes
