Description
This role is an excellent opportunity for an organised and highly numerate HR professional to work as a HR Analyst within a professional services business undergoing an exciting period of business and systems change. Covering a 12 month period of maternity leave and working as part of the Recruitment & Reward team within the wider HR function, your main focus will be around data analysis of Flexible Benefits in order to provide an excellent service to all employees giving advice and guidance on their Benefits Plans and entitlement.
Examples of Key Accountabilities
*Provide guidance to staff on their Employee Benefits plans
*Conduct annual review of the Benefits provision, analysing data in order to assess cost, efficiencies, management and process
*Management of external providers
*Utilise systems accordingly in order to provide communication of Flexible Benefits when required
*Production of HR & Reward management information for reporting to senior management teams
*Support the generalist HR team on an adhoc basis in relation to projects around compensation and benefits
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
*Proven track record in a HR Analyst role
*Qualified in project management; ie. Prince 2 is desirable
*Strengths in HR Administration and process improvement
*Highly numerate with strengths in data analysis
*Strong IT skills including Excel
