A major Retail organisation is seeking an exceptional Interim HR Change Manager to engage all stakeholders and ensure readiness for a large HR Shared Service implementation.

Developing relationships across multiple functional areas of HR, you will support line managers through this complex change journey by embedding change, communications and training plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and embedding HR change communication plans
  • Experience of supporting Shared Service models within HR transformation
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
