My client is a large government agency with strong links to the community. Its Information Technology division is the largest in Queensland and supports the delivery of the services provided by the organisation.
The SAP (RE-FX) Flexible Real Estate consultant is responsible for analysis, design, and testing of SAP REFX. The consultant will participate in the delivery of SAP RE-FX management solutions and integration with other processes. The Functional Analyst is involved in maintenance and enhancement of SAP REFX modules and those that interface with other applications.
The consultant will act as a SAP Property Functional Lead and provide functional consultancy in the area of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management.
Scope of the Position:
- Strong Business engagement skills.
- Undertake a range of activities which effectively enable the Property team to achieve its objectives.
- System design, prototyping and configuration of SAP RE-FX functionality in accordance with the business blueprints.
- Configure and test the solution in accordance with the approved system design.
- Provide both solution and technical input and guidance to other streams within the project as well as to the business in the area of RE-FX and Land Use Management.
- Proactively provide consultancy services that support client's business and ICT needs for the ERP/Property Program.
- Work with the other SAP Functional Consultants to ensure and deliver a fully integrated SAP solution that is aligned with the client's business requirements.
- Work with all other areas of the ERP/Property Program including Data Migration, Systems Integration, testing and business subject matter experts to identify and document the all the required artefacts of the ERP/Property Program.
To be further considered, you will need:
- Tertiary and appropriate computing qualifications and substantial knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experience as an SAP Functional Lead in large complex organisations with 1 full project life cycle working with RE-FX functionality.
- Extensive experience in the implementation of large scale SAP systems.
- Experience with the use of SAP Solution Manager to manage the project.
- The incumbent should possess exceptional time management skills and be a committed and dedicated professional who will devote the necessary time to fulfil position requirements.
