Description
Our client is a large and complex government organisation, embarking on a very exciting and challenging phase in its evolution as a provider of core essential services to QLD.
We are looking for an experienced SAP BI/BW functional consultant to assist with a Greenfield ECC 6.0 implementation in the design of SAP BW/BI deliverables.
Skill Set Required
- Hands on and complete implementation of modules of SAP BW: PP/PI, QM, SD, IM, FI, etc.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Back End SAP BI/BW components including InfoCubes, InfoSources, InfoObjects, InfoSpokes, ODS Objects
- Understands and hands on experience of all concepts from extraction to modelling to Reporting in SAP BW
- You will be experienced in the full project life cycle, including Blueprinting, Design, Technical, Integration, Testing, and Migration
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills and report writing skills
- Excellent domain knowledge and very good SAP Business process knowledge with a experience of at least 2 EC modules in BW
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools (SAP BW BEx)
- SAP ERP 6 and BI 7 experience would be highly regarded
- Financial experience and or qualification
- SAP certification would be highly regarded
- 5 years plus SAP BI/BW consultancy experience
- Detailed in-depth technical BW knowledge coupled with solid all round hands-on experience including data extraction and report generation aspects of delivering business solutions in BW.
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations (bare minimum: no expectations)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in extraction of data from ECC using the standard content and development of BI Objects like Data source, DSO, Cube, Multi Provider, Open Hub and Process chain.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP R/3, CRM, ERP, BW and E-Portals.
- Experience creating reports using SAP WebUI, Crystal Reports XI to 2008 and SAP Business Objects, Information Design Tool.
- Experience with Public Sector Projects.
- Experience in Green Field Projects.
