* Infrastructure Project Manager -Telephony/Call Centre implementation (Genesys), Paris, France.
On behalf of one of our prestigious customers, a world leader in its industry sector based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager with call centre implementation experience to lead the Infrastructure part of a global project based on Genesys.
You will be leading an international team of about 12 people, in 3 different continents.
The aim of this project is to transform their customer centre excellence globally.
The project started in July 2011, and the solution is about to be rolled-out to worldwide locations.
Project based in Paris (excellent access with public transport). English speaking project only, any other languages would be an advantage.
This assignment will start anytime between now and the end of March 2012 (the earlier the better).
