Senior Company Lawyer/Senior Attorney (IT) (Legal) required for global software solutions provider.

Contract Negotiations
General advice on IT legal matters
All-rounder as far as legal knowledge is concerned
Coordination of legal disputes and prevention of lawsuits
Must have knowledge of German labour market and ideally knowledge of licensing and copyright
A good understanding of German language would be useful but must be fluent in English

This is a long term contract with a minimum 12 months and the possibility of up to 3 years.

Good rates Dependent on experience.
