Description

We are looking for strong Complaints review officers to assist the resolution of regulatory complaints for a leading global bank, specifically relating to the misselling of endowment, investment, pensions and any other type of regulated complaint.

This is a long term piece of work and you could be contracting here for a long time.

The role holder will ensure that all complaint cases are dealt with within FSA requirements, FOS guidelines.

They are also responsible for calculating levels of redress or compensation and evaluating levels of goodwill payments as appropriate. They must ensure that any offers of compensation are within agreed discretionary limits or gain the appropriate sign-off.

The ideal candidate will have recently worked in a financial services environment on investment complaints.

Excellent verbal and written communication is required

Full Financial Planning Certificate (FPC 1, 2 & 3) or Certificate for Financial Advisors (CEFA) would be required.
