Description
One of my clients, a very large telco company in Egypt, is looking for a Senior 3G Optimization Engineer with EXTENSIVE experience in ZTE networks.
Senior 3G/ZTE/Optimization Engineer:
- 5+ years experience in optimization and performance of radio networks;
- Skills in 3G ZTE Network;
- Solid knowledge in above vendors Parameter & KPI's;
- RF parameter configuration and optimization
- Cluster performance optimization & tuning
- Field drive test for cluster tuning, Drive Test execution, post processing and analysis/reporting
- Expert level knowledge in performing optimization actions to resolve performance degradations soft/hard parameters,
Antenna config., margins, thresholds..etc)
- Capacity optimization & Analysis
- Call flow and RAB knowledge
-Deep knowledge in 3G (HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA+) Technology, focused.
-Core expertise in both data KPI's as well as soft/hard parameters and configuration.
-Hand-on experience in optimizing and assessing data throughput, latency, errors, frames...etc.
