Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary/Administrator to work for a leading financial organisation based in Edinburgh. Supporting various departments you will performs administrative support tasks that are secretarial/clerical in nature.
Responsibilities:
You will be able to perform intermediate level tasks in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (ie word documents with tables, spreadsheets with complex formulas and detailed presentations/charts).
Can successfully do complex tasks within e-mail systems and databases.
Can assist with research and data analysis for projects, including gathering and manipulating data, researching and producing reports
Experienced with the advanced features of phone/voicemail and office equipment
Able to manage multiple filing systems, as well as multiple hard copy or electronic calendars.
Schedule meetings between team members and clients, coordinating room booking and video conferencing requests.
Coordinate travel arrangements over the phone or electronically for multiple individuals
Project work on an ad hoc basis.
Previous financial services experience is also desirable
