Description
Our client, a UK market leader logistics organisation based in Lutterworth has an immediate opportunity for a highly experienced project focused International HR Consultant to join them on an interim basis for 3 - 6 months.
As the successful candidate, you will pick up and lead on the following projects:
Performance Management - Identify and implementate ways to improve the current performance management process and rolling it out internationally.
Employee Engagement - Carry out the employee engagement survey.
HRIS - Pick up on the begun implementation of a new international Human Resources Information System.
Appraisals - Review current appraisal systems.
As the ideal candidate, you will need to have international exposure ideally within an EU senior HR role, have experience of Human Resources Information Systems, be CIPD qualified and consist of experience within organisational design and development. The role requires travel both locally and nationally.
