Networkers are delighted to be recruiting for a local charitable organisation in Pontypridd. This is a 12 week sickness cover and candidates availability for a quick start is key. The successful candidate will have solid purchase ledger experience and experience of working in payroll.

Duties include.
Entering and tracking invoices on to the purchase order system, matching to orders and distributing to the budget holders for authorisation. Scanning invoices onto the data management system and matching them to the purchase order system. Assist with the preparation of BACs and cheque payment runs. Prepare and post journal entries as required. Deal with suppliers queries promptly in accordance with the Directorates and RCT Homes customer care standards. Reconcile supplier statements and take prompt action to resolve the outstanding items. Provide advice to employees with regard to the efficient operation of the company ordering system. Assist the Team leader in ensuring that all invoices, cheque requests and other payments are correctly authorised in accordance with RCT Homes procedures. Assist in the payment of staff salaries through the computerised payroll system. Assist in processing starters and leavers.Accurately input and check all statutory deductions and staff expense claims ensuring that they are correctly authorised. Accurately input and check all amendments and one-off payments to staff.Assist with the preparation of year end and statutory payroll schedules as required. Assist in completing various forms required by HMRC/Statutory bodies. Distributing Payslips.
