For our customer we are looking for a Software CM.Job description:
As a Software CM you will be responsible for:
- SW build
- SW branching strategy
- Continous Integration
Problem today:
It does not flow between teams/functions in the chain, you need a certain degree of structural order supply. It requires a CM whos dedicated and driven against teams and can be a facilitator to help the team realize what they need to do. Some need also to centralize the night construction. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, driven person who can communicate, guide and "educate" the teams. Leadership skills essential. We now have a pretty stressful situation. The CM will become the hub of this and have to cope with stress. Employing multi-site, and it can be quite complicated to keep the Sweden and Shanghai sites close together and in sync.

Package Management UNIX. creating RPMs (RPM build from a script)
build test suites, to take traces in IP. (Will probably require a lot of work from the CM)SVN sourcecode
