Description
Matrix is partnering with a local company in need of a Solutions manager to do incentives work for OEM online services.
A successful candidate will need to have experience with requirements gathering, process design and user case experience/exposure in addition to the skills below.
Work in MS environment
Strong ability to bring multiple groups together to lock on decisions and scope
Strong presentation skills
Leadership abilities
Understand ITLC
Able to lead a team to deliver custom DB to scrub data coming in from multiple sources
Analytical in understanding process and business rules to apply to data
Strong Powerpoint skills to add a bit of bling to presentations
SDLC
Run milestone meetings (pre-baseline, baseline, ect)
Testing understanding and be a lead to drive test scenarios and execution
