GREAT contract to perm opportunity to join a global technology company with self-service solutions for ATM machines and software, POS and Retail systems, and airline check-in systems as a Client Manager!  As a Client Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships with key client contacts to ensure satisfaction, supporting sales efforts for assigned clients and closing deals with prospects as necessary, ensuring contract compliance, working with customers to effectively plan and execute the implementation of company technology, and overseeing project/implementation management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 The Client Manager is responsible for overall profitability (P&L) of assigned clients.
 Introduces and drives business and technological change within assigned clients businesses.
 Develops understanding of the industries in which our clients operate, their operations, and strategies and how technology can improve their operation.
 Fosters senior-level client relationships, identifies opportunities, and develops and implements proposal and pricing strategies.
 Communicates client engagement status to key stakeholders internally and externally Sets success criteria and gains consensus internally and externally.
 Escalation and exception management of all customer satisfaction and administrative issues as necessary.
 Primary input into long-term solution direction and planning for assigned customers.
 Supports input and validation of services estimates in proposals.
 Project management as part of implementation, rollout, or any other funded services efforts including internal/external status reporting, project planning (activities, deliverables, timelines, etc.), and overall project success - quality, schedule and budget.
 Serves as the single point of contact for each customer's day-to-day activities.
 Contributes to improved policies and processes that support all Client Managers purpose and goals. Projects and tracks customer financials.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
 Account Management experience: 4-8 years.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 Project management experience preferred.
 Ability to effectively multi-task.
 Strong interpersonal skills.
 Detail oriented.
