Our Client seeks a Software Developer located in Billerica, Massachusettes for a 15 month contract. ASP.NET Developer/ASP.NET C# Developer
- Experience creating data driven web based applications.
- Must enjoy and be comfortable creating user interfaces that take advantage of JQuery or a related JavaScript framework and AJAX when appropriate.
- Strong development fundamentals, attention to detail, working knowledge of design patterns, motivated, self-starter who can work with customers and business partners to understand their needs and produce results is a must.
- Strong communication and documentation skills are required. This job will typically wrap ASP.NET applications within a SharePoint framework and utilize SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for dashboard presentation of data.
- Experience with SharePoint , SQL Server 2008 and SSRS is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will have a BS in Computer Science or related field and comfortable working individually or in a team environment.
Typical deliverables include:
- Update of design documentation to meet new or additional business requirements.
- Functioning software that can be deployed to SharePoint environments that meet the business requirements.
- SQL Server Reports (SSRS) deployed to a report server.
- Test plans against functional software, including unit tests, coded UI tests and functional manual test steps.
- SQL Server database(s) including table, view, and stored procedures needed for housing data.
- Creation of deployment and dependency documentation.
