Skills:
- Minimum 3 years SAP Functional CRM experience
- Experience in full life cycle implementation Project
- Architectural knowledge of CRM
- Knowledge of utilities processes
- Knowledge of Marketing, Interaction center and Utilities scenarios
- Experience with WEB UI (CRM 7.0)
- Communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Advantages (experiences with):
- ABAP development
- Experience with other SAP system modules (IS-U CS, BI-IN, FI CA, WM, EDM, BI, )
- CRM Middleware
- WF development
