GREAT opportunity to manage a highly visual project with a top-notch company in the Automotive Industry! Seeking a Sr. Project Manager with experience to manage a Matrix, cross-functional team responsible for delivering defined technical project outputs on time, within budget and with quality results. Your primary responsibility will be for defining, planning, tracking and managing technology projects, for identifying key resources and providing the direction they require in order to meet project objectives. They also ensure appropriate management and business involvement throughout the life of the project. This project is managing the development of the annual client update to a key component of their web base consumer facing application. Must have outstanding project management skills of project with revenues of an half to 1 million; managing a team of 10 to 15 resources; and 6 to 18 months in duration. Must have skills in MS Project and Visio. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Knowledge of and competency in PMI-based project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, and financial management. Term of the project 8 months plus.
