Front End Web Developer wanted for our end client to convert the current UI of the applications to conform with the new style & design.

Rate: 50,00 euros per hour
What you will do:
Development of Javascript User Interface (web based solutions incl. portal applications)
Testing (unit, integration and regression tests)
Object-oriented analysis and design
Technical documentation
Reporting to the technical team manager
You have excellent technical experience within:
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks JQuery and DOJO, JSON
Excellent knowledge of mark-up and style sheet languages (HTML 4/5, XHMTL, CSS Level 2+, XML, DTD/XML schema, XSL)
Excellent knowledge in applying REST and web/AJAX security measures
Languages: Javascript, HTML, JSP, CSS, understanding of Java (JDK 5+) and UML ideal.
Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, Semantic web technologies (RDF, Dublin Core) and Eclipse IDE is a plus.
You also have:
specific experience in a production environment of Object Oriented Design using UML.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
You will have a broad understanding of:
- Development Frameworks: Spring Framework 3.0 (2.5+), particularly Spring MVC, Spring AOP and Spring Web Services. Knowledge of Spring Integration, Spring Batch and Spring Security is of an advantage); Hibernate 3;
- Building frameworks: Ant, Maven-2, Nexus;
- Continuous Integration: Hudson
- Server Technology: JBoss 4.x, Tomcat 6.x, JEE 1.4+, (RESTful) Web services, JSP 2.0, Servlets 2.4+
(JAAS, JMX and JMS would be an advantage);
- Database Servers: DB2, MySQL;
- Operating Systems: Unix/Linux (SLES 10), Win XP;
You are also familiar with:
Agile project management methodologies
Enterprise desktop applications: IBM Lotus Notes, MS Office
Knowledge about Intellectual Property (IP) and IP application software of an advantage.
