Education and experience:
- University diploma/degree
- Knowledge and proven experience of at least 5 years in IT Networks & Telecoms
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects
Skills and knowledge:
- Be well-organised, able to manage the time and perfectly capable or working with clients and team members.
- Must be responsible, flexible and able to take decisions
- Experience in IT project management will constitute an advantage.
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills (both orally and in writing) for contacts with clients and team members
Languages:
- Good level of spoken and written English
Tasks:
- To align IT Infrastructure with the current & future needs of the business and clients,
- To recommend improvements in the quality of the related IT services delivered
- To recommend the provision of cost-efficient service in relation to IT Infrastructure
- To recommend the necessary IT Infrastructure to ensure adequate availability of the IT Services
- To recommend the necessary IT Infrastructure to ensure IT Service Continuity in the event of a disaster or something similar
- To provide all documentation for the client's Cloud Project, related to the Network - including Plan, implementation design/recommendations, test plans, technological studies or recommendations, change requests, etc. -
