Cisco Consultant/3 month Contract/Paris/£/d/immediate start
We are looking for an experienced Cisco Consultant for a Contact Centre Project working for a rapidly growing telecommunications company for an initial 3 months based in Paris, France.
The successful candidate will need the following.
Expertise in the field of architecture and implementation of complex networks. Expertise in the field of Call Center Key Accounts.
Quality management
Very good Knowledge of CISCO IPCC Solutions- Routing CUCM (UCCE)
Very good Knowledge of CISCO CVP solutions (deployment) - Routing CUIC, Voice Gateway (switching, routing)
English language is mandatory for the service

Target architecture of the platforms definition
Launch of the project - technical frame
Create (complete) the integration, configuration of Cisco applications and third-party
Planning
Responsible for Quality commitments (AQP -Assurance Quality Plan-, indicators
Technical specification's Control of production
Record architecture production control
Organization of infrastructures & architectures for platform mounting
Internal & Customer acceptances follow-up and roll out
Deliverable writings (drafting)
Reporting up to hierarchy
