This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 3+ month contract opening for a Client Service Administrator in Boston, MA.  Will review and correct client investment reviews and custom performance reports and perform account administration for a variety of accounts (irrevocable trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, foundations).  Will communicate and correspond with clients and their advisors, research client inquiries and resolve issues, and focus on capital market activities and understanding of the investment platform.  Will gain experience with TrustDesk, ORS system, IDS, CRD Trading, Portal Applications, and CSC systems. 

This position requires 5+ years of experience in trust and account administration (personal tax, financial planning and/or investment management also desirable).  Must be proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication as well as customer service skills.  Must be able to work without guidance.
