Web Developer-Contract Job Summary:Reporting to the Development Manager, the Intermediate Web Developer/Programmer will be responsible for helping to create the next generation of cloud services for the computer security industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of various web controls using ASP.NET (C#/MVC) and JavaScript. They will also have a good understanding of the software development life cycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 year experience with
- website design, HTML, DHTML, Javascript
- CSS2
- ASP.NET (C#)
- AJAX, JQuery and Javascript
- Experience in the following areas would be considered an asset:
- web services (WCF)
- design patterns (MVC)
- SQL server
- unit testing
- version control systems
- developing C++ applications
- setting up IIS and websites on windows
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, graphic Design or similar discipline.
