TIS (Trading Integrated Support) takes away all the IT concerns for employees of our client in Rotterdam. Currently the team has three team members. Two of these members act as Desktop Support Analyst who solve the problems on site. The new fourth team member will act as Infrastructure Support Analyst.
The tasks for the Infrastructure Support Analyst will be:
- First line of contact for users regarding IT (related) issues and questions;
- Resolve small IT issues via remote desktop;
- Request equipment (computer hardware, phones, blackberries);
- Request IT software, share rights, IT services;
- Log IT issues, IT requests;
- Escalate IT issues to corresponding escalation lines;
- Chase requests and escalated tickets;
- Install computer software, blackberries.

- Good knowledge of mobile phones, blackberries;
- ITIL.
