Strong Business Change Manager required for an important Mortgages programme with our blue chip client in Edinburgh. Candidates should have demonstrable experience delivering change initiatives with a particular focus on Mortgage systems, processes and products. Candidates will have experience in the retail banking sector/financial services; have excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills as well as being able to communicate well across all levels of the business.
