Description
The role holder will report to the Head of Business Performance and will be the day to day finance liaison with key business leaders. The role holder will be responsible for all market segment (motor, retail, support services) reporting, as well as analysis of all aspects of business performance. The role holder will have support from finance analysts and will be required to supervise their detailed analysis work. Support for the overall development and delivery of the SBU strategy to develop and achieve the agreed financial targets. Providing support and analysis for business function is development of financial analysis focused on, in addition to internal historic analysis, identifying external drivers of results where applicable, eg economic pressures and changes in the market environment, and on recommending actions for addressing ongoing/future issues.
Skills,
Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), MBA or similar qualification.
Experience of management & financial accounting, investment appraisal and planning in a large company.
