My banking client is looking for a Change Lead to deliver projects and programmes within an operations change environment. They will lead the management of the Business analysis work stream; how to define operating models, requirements, designs and solutions.
The successful candidate will have;
-Business change background
-Strong Stakeholder management
-strong forenames and risk controls
-Programme and project management skills
-experience of a complex operations environment, off-shoring, migrating functions from one location to another, systems change/reviews
-Ideally with a wealth management background
