Leading Project in the Middle East are looking for IT Lawyer/Commercial Managers with legal backgrounds to undertake specialist roles in contracts negotiation and commercial management. The project is at a crucial stage with all levels now and the need for these specialists to cover all areas of the business has become urgent and necessary. The role requires expertise in all areas of the project from the RFIs/RFPs, through to acquisition.
The successful candidates will ideally come from a legal background, qualified at least at degree level, in a legal discipline and will have forged a career in corporate law, dealing with at least some of the following: negotiations, commercial management, mergers & acquisitions, contracts scrutiny, involvement in bid and proposals, able to liaise professionally on all levels.
The job will consist of much of the above and will likely surpass the 6 month period as there are 2 new super facilities being built, including a data centre which will be utilised by other existing facilities, hence the need for due diligence from a legal stance being required.
My client is an international giant in the area of IT infrastructure who has won one of the biggest IT projects in the Middle East.
