A global asset management firm require a market data vendor manager to liaise with 3rd party market data vendors and business users to gain requirements across a number of business areas and negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
The role requires expert knowledge of market data, and specifically experience building relationships with Market Data Vendors. The successful candidate must be an expert negotiator and have proven ability of negotiating contracts and liaising with 3rd party vendors and the business.
The role requires a candidate that has exceptional attention to detail, and looks to overcome challenges whilst also being a strong team player. The client is very process driven and a similar process driven working style would be beneficial.
