Description
We are looking for an Event Database Developer:
Duties:
- Expert level Starcite user to develop multiple invitation registration websites.
- Coordinate with project lead within iSharesProject.
- lead will provide post compliance approved text for websites as well as approved invitation lists.
- Input approved text into multiple tabs or pages of Starcite invitation including but not limited to invitation landing page.
- Agenda Biographies Location Registration Confirmations Reminders.
- Duplicate original invitation for each branch.
- changing pertinent data as needed location speakers dates.
- Use brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all 40 plus sites.
- Edit and proof all text as necessary.
- Send invitations and monitor responses for each event.
- Create reports for each event to be sent on a daily basis to project leads.
- Input post event attendance.
- Skills Starcite experience is required.
- Accepting third-party candidates for this position.
