Product Manager - Online Banking web, Internet, marketing platform infrastructure mobile banking shared services, platform management
Currently we are seeking a Product Manager to join our team of professionals for a 6+ month contract! The Product Manager will work for the Online Banking (OLB) management team. This team is responsible for the platform strategy, platform management, infrastructure planning, and shared services support for Online Banking.
Responsibilities:
- The Product Manager is responsible for the On-Line Banking Platform Strategy
- Provide product management support for key OLB platform initiatives related to tablet capabilities and the convergence of OLB and Mobile Banking
- Platform Management
- Support OLB product strategy by identifying opportunities to leverage common platform capabilities
- The Product Manager will develop governance for on On-line banking platforms, including establishing standards to enable greater reuse of platform capabilities and increased efficiencies in delivering new functionality and features
- Manage platform infrastructure utilization and costs
- Infrastructure Planning
- Provide oversight and guidance for the infrastructure planning pipeline, including maintenance and upgrades of supported versions of hardware and/or systems software
- The Product Manager is responsible for coordinating On-Line Banking infrastructure efforts with the business roadmap
- Develop framework for evaluating infrastructure projects and assigning resources
- Shared Services
- Provide product management support for existing OLB shared services (Enrollment, Sign-On, Add Account, Billing)
- Define governance model, standards, and operating processes for managing OLB shared services
Requirements:
- Online Banking experience
- Comfortable working in a team oriented, project based environment
- Reasonable understanding of technology
- Good written and presentation skills
- 2+ years of product management experience a plus
- Financial industry experience a plus
