Our Requirement : SOLUTION MANAGER
Responsible for installation, configuration and operations of all functions and tools: system monitoring and systems administration. Solution Manager landscape (SMSY) Incident Management, service desk and Change Management (CHARM) including extended configuration ie Additional actions, conditions, profiles, transaction types, email notifications etc. CTS+ for using CHARM in ABAP and non ABAP environments. Issue Management. - for tracking all Max Attention recomendations, project management including implementation, Maintenance and Template projects. Documentation Management for all project and production support documentation integrated with CHARM. Maintenance Optimizer to handle regular system upgrades, maintenance certificate, Root Cause Analysis for diagnostic of cross-system issues, service level reporting for executive reporting on health and availability of the systems landscape. Early watch alerts for weekly system health proactive monitoring, business process and interface monitoring, SAP Engagement for tracking SAP Delivered Services. Many of the above functions require general knowledge of SAP Security and SAP Basis. Build custom KPI metrics from CHARM.
