Description
Our large financial services client with offices across the Central Belt are currently looking for a senior E-commerce Channels Manager with extensive experience of leading teams of analysts to successfully deliver digital/mobile/web projects.
You should have experience of managing change projects, leading business and technical teams, extensive supplier management experience and be a confident negotiator and communicator.
Recent experience of working on a digital banking project would be preferred as would broad knowledge of mobile banking apps or online customer portals. You should have knowledge or understanding of wireframing, prototyping and web design for areas such as online applications, customer sign in, payment and online servicing.
