Working with global Marketing and EALA marketing organization, this position will be responsible for managing marketing operations and events in EALA regions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
Reporting to the EALA Programme Manager the role will support the full EALA marketing team (including Service Line Marketing) and regional geographic marketing to drive local demand generation and customer growth by priority service line solutions. 

Customer Evidence
As the lead in EALA for Customer Evidence, this role is responsible for all customer evidence assets including quotes, written and video case studies and testimonials, win wires/win cards, etc. This role will manage and track regional pipelines and improve existing resources and tools to enable the most meaningful and impactful evidence. This person will solicit, evaluate, and implement new systems, processes, and tools to increate sales' awareness and usage ofcustomer evidence for all internal offerings. This role will make recommendations on needed evidence by solution area, customer profile or geography and work within the organization to secure needed evidence. The role will also team with global peers to maximize use of global evidence when appropriate and share best practices including the use of GDN resources for support on KM tool management.

EALA and SL campaigns and events
This role is also responsible for full cycle projects pertaining to all Pan-European events. This includes the development and execution of events and providing counsel on regional/local events as needed tied to sales targets and campaigns. This role will partner closely with the solutions and regional marketing managers to support strategic sales by identifying key event marketing opportunities, developing project plans tied to business and sales objectives, sales targets and national campaigns and tracking results of all efforts. This role will support both AX and CRM SL marketing leads as well as marketing programme management for other SLs where there is no dedicated headcount.

EALA Marketing Operations

  • PO and financial budget tracking
  • Basic reporting: credentials management
  • Programme Mgmt admin support: team meeting agendas; F2F team meeting organisation
  • Internal communications: coordination of EALA marketing alerts
  • Liaise with outside vendors related to events and other programme tasks
  • Work with regions and agencies re translations process
  • Manage centralized European brand merchandising sourcing and distribution
