Web Developer (Senior) - HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails, Django
We're looking for a Senior Web Developer who can combine both technical development excellence as well as creative design skills able to design a next generation user front and Back End interface for a new seismic interpretation tool.
This tool will incorporate state of the art user interface features such as Quad HD video streaming, voice activation, multi-touch etc.
This web based application will change the way the geoscientists work and revolutionise seismic interpretation workflow. Therefore you will need to have innovated on large scale UI projects involving perhaps a radical solution in an engineering setting, and be able to prove your contribution.
Technically you will need to be very familiar with HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX and a Server Side framework such as ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails, Django etc.
This will be a long contract (perhaps up to 24 months) so only looking for candidates who can dedicate themselves to a role, stick with it and deliver innovation.
Strong communication skills will be required and English will be the working language.
