Your Role:
In line with the company project life cycle (and the associated deliverables), the Test Lead will have the ability (I) to define an infrastructure cross-platform testing and launching strategy based on a risk approach, (II) to plan for testing activities as well as the required environments topology, (III) to manage the test preparation and execution, (IV) to manage defects (from Quality Centre), (V) to report on test progress and results and (VI) to organize and coordinate the launch activities. The Test lead will have to coordinate efforts with major stakeholders like technical teams, business teams and service partners as well as obtain sign-off from them on key deliverables. Your Profile: infrastructure cross-platforms skills (Mainframe and Distributed) in financial sector. Specific tool: HP Quality Centre is mandatory: Essential skills: Testing related Knowledge of risk based testing and familiar with the V-model concepts. Design test cases using test case selection techniques. Writing a test summary report and communicating during go/no-go meeting. Affinity with technical testing. Familiar with defect management. The candidate should have several years of experience in project testing, as well a good and proved technical background on most known platforms. The candidate will be involved in infrastructure projects aiming to mainly upgrade existing operating system and third party Software including financial packages software. These products could be running on Windows, Unix, Linux, Solaris, Tandem and Mainframe platforms.The candidate should be able to manage people and relationships with various internal and external (including off-shore stakeholders).

Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level. Very good organizational skills (ability to manage several projects in parallel).Strong knowledge or certification of ISTQB and ITIL are required. Required language (spoken and written): English.
