Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas, operator is seeking a CMMS Supervisor to join their team in Kazakhstan

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • The job holder must have
  • Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or having 10 years in CMMS/ERP Implementation/Management
  • Minimum 5 years in SAP PM Implementation/Management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Good Knowledge of Data Collection (to load info into CMMS)
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of planning software (Primavera, Win Project, etc.)
  • Basic Knowledge of EDMS would be beneficial
  • Maintenance planning would be beneficial
  • H2S Survival training as desirable option
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent working knowledge SAP architecture, components, modules, interfaces and data;
  • Excellent functional and technical knowledge of SAP PM module
  • Good functional and technical knowledge of SAP MM module
  • Good working knowledge of Workflow and user profiles in SAP
  • Good capability for defining customer requirements in relation to development of enhancement of existing system
  • Strong team player with proactive approach to the decision making process
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Russian as a desirable option

JOB SCOPE:

  • To provide coordination of the CMMS Team within OIS team in order to carry out all activities related to a CMMS implementation/user support.
  • The job holder is responsible for:
  • Coordination and on-going assessment of local and overseas team members
  • Management & coordination of local and overseas team activities, including support, maintenance, enhancements
  • Liaising with key representatives from business to assess on-going support, new system requirements and enhancements
  • Manage development of procedures and documentation related with technical CMMS (SAP PM) Systems processes and security
  • Evaluate and design measures to improve team performance & quality of service
  • Participation in CMMS (SAP PM) related meetings and on ICT meetings if requested
  • Be reference for CMMS (SAP PM) technical issues
  • Knowledge transfer, coach and assignment of training plan to team Members directly or thought team senior Members
  • Assignment & monitoring of CMMS (SAP PM) related tasks, activities and projects within the team premises on regular basis to meet business requirements in terms of presence, flexibility and interchangeably from one side and to ensure the proper level of quality from the other side
  • Control and monitoring of CMMS (SAP PM) technical cases to assure their timely and properly solution from one side and to identify workload, weak points and possible optimizations from other side;
  • Discuss SAP technical important issues with SAP Specialists and OIS Team Leader;
  • Report to OIS Team Leader any detected CMMS (SAP PM) technical and processes weakness and propose corrective actions or enhancement
  • Assist OIS Team Leader with on-going recruitment, providing advice & guidance on organisational team structure, roles & responsibilities
  • Support SAP Service Desk team to fix CMMS (SAP PM) functional related issues providing efficient and effective applications support
  • Managing team holiday schedules and any team absence to assure adequate team presence all times
  • Report any non conformity to the OIS Team Leader
  • Management & coordination of CMMS (SAP PM) data upload activities;
  • Management of Master Data Change Requests in CMMS (SAP PM);
  • Preparing end user training schedule and provide CMMS (SAP PM) Training;
  • Providing technical support to end users for application fault investigation and correction;
  • Carry out business analysis (including gap analysis) of enhancements to CMMS (SAP PM);
  • Prepare Functional and Technical specifications for CMMS (SAP PM) enhancements;
  • Providing guidance and support for implementation of enhancement in CMMS (SAP PM);
  • Planning, scheduling, execution, and approval of CMMS (SAP PM) Systems Test and User Acceptance Test
  • Demonstrate a positive and pro-active commitment to HSE through the personal application of safety critical behaviours and compliance with Republic of Kazakhstan Statutory HSE Regulations, Codes and Standards;

Rate: 435 Euros net per worked day + Residential Premium

Duration: 12 months, renewable

Rotation: Resident 5/2
