For a key account of ours, Aston Carter is looking for someone having experience with SAP WM/MM (IM) and also some SAP LE experience in support of a SAP-enabled global transformation program.
Ideally you have relevant experience in the following:
General:
- at least 5 years of SAP project implementation experience (WM/MM).
- at least one global full cycle SAP implementation experience including rollout
- experience in conducting SAP overview sessions, high level solution reviews and system walkthroughs.
- experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops, collecting legal and performing fit/gap analysis
- knowledge of SAP eWM is not mandatory but would be considered a big asset!
Specific:
THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL PROFILE. SHOULD BE A GOOD LISTENER/WORKSHOP FACILTATOR/COORDINATOR AND CONSENSUS DRIVEN. ASSISTING/GUIDING THE BUSINESS. A COLLABORATIVE PERSONALITY.

1. Essential Primary Technical Skills
o Need deep Hands On Configuration experience & good understanding of how these modules integrate with other SAP modules.
o a. Warehouse Management - Including following sub modules
§ i. Master Data
§ ii. Picking/Put away Strategies
§ iii. Activities including TO confirmation, Physical inventory etc.
§ iv. Storage Unit Management
§ v. Value Added Services
§ vi. Interfaces to Inventory management, shipping, Production etc.
§ vii. RF transactions & technology
o b. Inventory Management - - Including following sub modules -
§ i. Movement types
§ ii. Goods Movements
§ iii. Transfer postings
§ iv. Physical Inventory
§ v. Output control
§ vi. Reservations
§ vii. Stock determination
§ viii. Goods receipt using Inbound Delivery Process
o c. Logistics General -
§ i. Handling Unit Management
§ ii. Batch management
2. Secondary Technical Skills - Need good understanding of concepts, processes & some hands on experience.
o a. Logistics Execution - Following sub modules-
§ i. Shipping - Picking, packing, Deliveries, basic shipping functions like routes, route determination etc.
§ ii. Transportation - Basic transportation functions, Shipments, output control,
Must have at least 7-8 years of SAP project implementation experience.
Must have at least one global full cycle SAP implementation experience including rollout
Experience in conducting SAP overview sessions, high level solution reviews and system walkthroughs.
Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops, collecting legal and performing fit/gap analysis
Experience in SAP's country versions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Engaging with and working with business/site personnel.
Must have led business teams in testing and training activities
Life science industry experience is desired
