Our customer provides IS services to 8.000 users in 150 sites located in 60 different countries. Most of the services are outsourced to external service providers.
Position description
Our customer is looking for an IT - Project Manager to assist in various IT projects.
Tasks & responsibilities
Follow up of IT application initiatives according to our customer IT methodology in the role of the company IT assignment lead
This will imply;
Initiative projects in collaboration with our customer Business and their Business Responsible Managers (BRMs);
Assist in establishing business case and business requirement specification together with subject matter experts and IT supplier;
Follow up project execution by Third Party supplier (IBM and others) on behalf of the company
Special focus on our customers Upstream processes (Plant Maintenance, Material Management, Operation, Health & Safety).
Personal skills
- Project management experiences and skills (PMP methodology)
- Sound background in Upstream processes
- SAP experiences
- Being able to manage a set of projects of different types and different process areas
Reporting
This position reports to the IT PMO
Education, certification and knowledge - L evel/requirement qualification
Degree in IT or business administration: Master degree in IT, Project Manager
IT Background: Excellent knowledge of IT Project Management
Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Excellent
Sharepoint 2007: basic
