Description
EA Latex Delivery Position Objectives--Develop detailed plans and schedules to deliver and accelerate latex cost-down projects
--Develop a Business Resumption Plan (BRP) vendor and process for next generation EA latexes
--Accelerate domestications for next generation EA toners
-- Interface with EA particle product delivery teams, EA manufacturing plants, and latex outsourcing vendors.
-- Use Designed Experiments to design, conduct, and analyze process & material latitude studies in order to develop understanding of material/process interactions
-- Manage and analyze lab, pilot plant and manufacturing data for product development.
-- Plan & coordinate production trials.
-- Lead problem solving activities.
-- Travel and manufacturing support is necessary.
Applicant Qualifications
-- BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
-- Working knowledge of colloidal suspension, emulsions, small particle technology, statistical experimental design, and xerography.
-- DfLSS Green Be DfLSS Black Belt will be a plus.
-- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
