This is a year long c shift contract opportunity managing 25 union employees in a chemical manufacturing environment. Candidates with previous union, six sigma and chemical processing background are a must.
Supervising a Toner & Developer process operation shift of 25 industrial workforce employees.
Responsible for meeting the production daily schedule throughput, Cost and Quality metric
Work closely with support organizations including Maintenance, Power Plant, Production Control, Quality Control, Process Engineering, etc to deliver production requirements and problem solving.

Track record of meeting deliverables
Base PC skills
Experience:
10+ in a Union environment with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
Education:
BS/BA Degree Engineering or Natural science
