Key accountabilities
The role requires you to be a change specialist with strong business analysis skills and extensive business knowledge.

The role will entail:
*Analysing, shaping and translating MI into business requirements, suggesting solutions and providing insight.
*Working with sponsors and stakeholders to help shape and agree business objectives, scope & benefits.
*Delivery of findings & proposals, either written (Excel/Powerpoint) or through verbal presentation.
*Owning delivery of agreed objectives through the project life cycle, ensuring business needs are met on time, to agreed quality and budgets.
*Supporting the wider MI team activities, taking the lead through representing the team and ensuring BAU activities are completed.

Knowledge of Retail business areas as well as extensive experience of analysis is essential for this role.

Oral and written communication
Keyboard/software applications and Procedural/Product/Specialist knowledge, in order of priority:
*Proven analytical skills, taking MI from a number of sources and turning this into meaningful business actions.
*Excel/Powerpoint - Able to manipulate data to visually represent "as is" model, and help to guide senior stakeholders to the right business decisions.
*VBA - experience in building user defined functions and automating processes would be advantageous. *SQL coding - experience of interrogating and managing data in relational database management systems, such as GDW, would be advantageous.
