Role: Senior Business Analyst

Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail, require the services of a Senior Business Analyst to deliver changes relating to the Retail Distribution Review.
Core duties of the role:
This candidate will work closely with the UK Wealth Proposition team to:
- Support analysis and the development of recommendations that enable the proposition team demonstrate the progress and achievement of RDR compliance
- Coordinate activities across the UK Wealth proposition area and work with LBG Group marketing, product providers, UK Wealth finance, change and IT teams to ensure delivery of a compliant proposition
Project Management disciplines are also required to ensure the tasks are planned and delivered within the required timeframes. Some elements of Project reporting may also be required.
Core skills and experience required:
- Strategy development and implementation
- Excellent PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Analytical Skills
- Project Management
- Managing own time/self-organisation
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels in the organisation
- Ability to understand deliverables and challenge when required
Desirable Skills
- Experience in managing change especially within the proposition area
