Description
This position is responsible for collection and analysis of multiple streams of member feedback and data. This position will coalesce statistics into a presentable format from which recommendations can be made. The Voice of the Member Coordinator plays a key role in the development of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives related to the Shop Your Way Rewards physical and virtual customer experience for millions of members, across more millions of unique households whose spend is billions of dollars annually across client formats.
