Description
Retail client is in search of a Project Manager. The role is supporting their Online Business Unit (OBU) Account Management function that works between the OBU and their corporate business units. This group solicits work requests, confirms funding approvals, and coordinates the work execution with our OBU Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering organizations. As an account management organization, they obviously also manage customer expectation, with status and delivery progression reporting.
This OBU Account Management organizations needs a highly organized hands-on strong communicator to get and keep them organized and will help them leverage to an optimal level our standard PPM tool, WorkLenz, for work request/project information asset aggregation and reporting. Individual will need strong Excel skills for organizing and managing specialized information needs not otherwise handled in the WorkLenz tool. They need to be an excellent communicator able to work in a fast paced hectic environment. Product Development, Product Delivery, Portfolio Management, Project Management, would be all value-added experience, but this is a highly hands-on role and will certainly have a reasonable amount of administrative work associated with it.
