Managed Service Engineer (IMS/AMS) Spanish and English Speaking required for project in Madrid.
In the management services projects, provides ITO (IT Outsourcing) service to the clients. The ITO service divided into two categories: AMS and IMS.
AMS - Application Management Service focuses on providing application due care after its go-live in production.
Suppliers can participate in the activities of AMS including:
- Implementation of service system daily maintenance mechanisms
- Transfer of service system skills
- New service function tests
Report generation.
