Description
Construction Manager required for a 25 million new build Pharmaceutical solid dose (tabletting) facility.Based in Mumbai, India we are looking for experienced Construction Manager to take control of this project throughout the full project life cycle, dealing with sub contractors, engineers, budget control through to handover.
This project will involve:-
- Knock down and re-build
- Responsible for the complete project - dealing with vendors, budget control, engineering teams etc
- Installing new utilities, product lines
- Existing site approximately 25,000 mm2 of that is the site which will be demolished and rebuilt)
- 1st May - basic design will start
- End date Dec 2014
- It is also planned to build an R&D facility 15-20 million
Skills and experience.
- Project Manager/Construction
- full project life cycle management experience
- Pharmaceutical new build projects
- Candidates must have previously worked within India - understand local knowledge
- Solid Dose/API experience
